How to make Chile Garlic Potato?

For your information, let us know that to make Chile Garlic Potato, you have to make 4 medium size potatoes, 2 spoon maida or cornflore, salt, oil, 4 garlic bud finely chopped, a finely chopped onion, a finely chopped capsicum, a spoon grated ginger, 2 spoon tomato catchup, 2 spoon Tomato ketchup, a spoon chilli, a spoon chilli The sauce, half spoon vinegar, half spoon sugar and a little finely chopped green coriander will be required.

First step- Wash and peel the potatoes and then cut it into long slices. After this, heat the water in a vessel and add a little salt to it.

Second step- Boil the potatoes in this water for 5 minutes. Remove the boiled potatoes from the water and let it cool.

Third step- You have to mix maida or cornflour and little salt well in potato slices.

Fourth step- Now heat the oil in a pan and fry the potatoes on medium flame till it becomes golden and crispy.

Fifth step- To prepare the sauce, add a little oil in the pan and add finely chopped garlic, ginger and onion to it. Cook the finely chopped capsicum in this pan for 2 minutes.

Sixth step- Now you have to mix all things well by adding tomato ketchup, soy sauce, red chili sauce, vinegar and sugar.

Seventh step- As soon as the sauce starts getting thick, you have to add fried potatoes and mix. Finally you can evil finely chopped green coriander over Chile Garlic Potato.
