BSNL 5G service
Preparations for 5G have started just a few days after the launch of BSNL 4G service. The government telecom company can launch its 5G service by the end of this year. According to the reports coming out, the company has started the trial of 5G in many cities. The company has launched about 1 lakh new 4G mobile towers to improve its network. Soon the company will install 1 lakh more new 4G towers.
5G service will start soon
According to ANI report, BSNL Principal General Manager Vivek Dua has confirmed that the company has completed the pilot project for 5G. The company’s 4G network is completely 5G ready. After trial, it can be immediately upgraded to 5G. He further informed that the trial of 5G is already going on. Soon, 5G service can be rolled out.
Last month, on September 27, PM Modi had launched about 1 lakh 4G stacks of BSNL. BSNL’s network is completely based on indigenous technology. It has been developed with the help of TCS and Tejas Network. The most special thing about this network stack is that the company’s 4G network is upgradeable i.e. 5G ready. Apart from this, the government is also going to start satellite communication i.e. Satcom service soon. Satellite service will be launched after spectrum allocation.
BSNL beats Airtel
BSNL has increased the tension of private companies as soon as 4G service is launched. According to the recent TRAI report, BSNL has added more users to its network than Airtel in the month of August. Vi has been in the worst condition. The company’s users have once again decreased. Jio has added maximum 19.5 lakh new users in August. At the same time, BSNL has added 13.8 lakh new users and Airtel has added 4.96 lakh new users to its network during this period. Vi has once again lost 3.09 lakh users.
