Due to a problem in the AWS cloud infrastructure, users on many social media platforms were neither able to send nor receive messages.

Services like Snapchat, Ring doorbells, Prime video, perplexity AI have been affected due to the problem in Amazon’s servers. Due to this glitch, lakhs of users have been affected within a few minutes. Due to this, personal and business operations have been disrupted. This problem is being resolved by the company. This technical problem will be fixed after some time.

According to Downdetector, a platform that tracks websites and apps, many users have reported this problem in AWS. Many users have reported this on the platform. Especially platforms like Snapchat, Prime Vide, Perplexity AI, Fortnite, Canva are not accessible.
Anand Srinivas, CEO of Perplexity AI, has also confirmed that this problem in the AI platform is due to the outage in Amazon Web Services. The company’s operations have been affected due to this.
