Radish is a very beneficial vegetable for health. Radish and its leaves help in keeping the stomach healthy. Therefore, radish salad and parathas must be eaten in winter. Although many people eat radish but consider its leaves as useless and throw them away. Whereas radish leaves also contain a storehouse of nutrients. It is considered good for gut health. You can make tasty bhujia from radish leaves and eat it. Radish bhujiya with rice and dal will increase the taste manifold. Take a quick note of the recipe of Radish Bhujia.

Radish Bhujia Recipe

First step- Radish Bhujia made at our home is very tasty to eat and very easy to make. For this, you can chop radish leaves finely or thickly. Also cut 1-2 radishes into round pieces. Now keep the radish and leaves together to boil. If you are boiling in a cooker then use only 1 whistle. Radish should not be mashed too much. Just have to cook it in steam for a while.

Second step- Now peel and chop 10-12 cloves of garlic. If you want, you can also crush both garlic and some ginger. Take 2 dry red chillies along with all the spices like turmeric, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and garam masala.

Third step- Now take out all the water from the radish and leaves and press them well. Pour mustard oil in a pan and add cumin and asafoetida in it. Now add whole red chillies and also add ginger and garlic. Add all the spices in oil and add radish and its leaves in it. Now cover it and cook it for some time and then fry it.

Radish leaves bhujia is ready, you can enjoy it with roti, rice or paratha. Eating fiber rich radish leaves bhujiya will cleanse your stomach. You must prepare and eat it in winter.
