Poha Moong Dal Breakfast

Breakfast of Poha and Moong Dal, know the recipe
First step- To make this breakfast, soak half a cup of moong dal in water overnight. In the morning, drain the water from the lentils and filter it. Take 1 cup of poha and wash it thoroughly with water 2-3 times. Now put the soaked lentils in the mixer and grind them finely. Take out the ground lentils in a bowl.
Second step- Now add soaked poha to it and mix. Add finely chopped vegetables of your choice like carrots, capsicum, coriander, green chillies, mushrooms, onions and ginger. Crush half a spoon of celery with your hands and add it. Add roasted cumin powder to it. Add coriander powder, chaat masala and 1 pinch of turmeric. Add some red chilli and salt and mix.
Third step- Apply some oil on your hands and take a peda-sized piece of the prepared mix and make it round. Now press it with your hands and prepare it like a tikki. Heat a nonstick pan and grease it.
Fourth step- Place all the prepared tikkis on the pan and cook them from both the sides. Press them lightly and apply some oil and bake. A healthy snack filled with crispy protein is ready. You can eat it for breakfast in the morning or as a snack in the evening. It can also be eaten with specially prepared curd.
Fifth step- Mix 3 spoons of curd well. Add 1 teaspoon honey, some salt, chili flakes, 1 clove of crushed garlic and mix it. You will enjoy eating these cutlets prepared from poha and dal with curd.
