The best thing is that you will not need many fancy ingredients to make garlic and green chilli chutney. This chutney will be made in just 15 to 20 minutes. Before knowing about its recipe, let us get information about the ingredients used to make it. To make garlic and green chilli chutney, you will need 8-10 green chillies, 1/4 garlic, half spoon turmeric powder, salt and half spoon cumin.

First step- Peel the garlic. After this you have to grind garlic cloves and green chillies.

Second step- The mixture of garlic and green chilli should be coarse. To grind these two things, you can use a jar or a mortar or a mortar and pestle.

Third step- Now take out oil in a pan and when the oil becomes hot, first add turmeric powder and then cumin seeds.

Fourth step- After this, you have to mix salt, garlic and green chilli coarse paste in this pan.

Fifth step- Cover the pan for about 10 minutes. By doing this the chutney will cook well.

Sixth step- If the chutney starts releasing oil after 10 minutes, then you can turn off the gas.

You can serve this spicy chutney of garlic and green chilli with anything. The spicy taste of this chutney can enhance the taste of food manifold.
