Emphasizing the importance of eating right along with exercise, Sharon said, ‘I lost 39 kg not by any fancy food or difficult diet plan, but by following the same thing every day. Yes, you have to follow it regularly and that too without any excuse.

You can eat any time till 12 noon. For breakfast, prepare a smoothie by mixing overnight protein oats, 40 grams oats, 150 grams high protein curd, 80 grams blueberries, water for soaking or almond milk, honey, chia, flaxseed flour, seeds. Drink this in breakfast. This food is a filling breakfast. After drinking it, hunger gets quenched and it tastes sweet. After drinking this, one does not feel hungry for 4-5 hours.

before workout

For your supplements, take a pre-workout drink once a day with a lean protein shake first thing in the morning. Drink protein shake after workout. Have sugar-free coffee twice a day and tea with honey, lemon, ginger, cinnamon and hot water first thing in the morning.

Eat dinner only by 6 pm. Include high protein chicken salad, 200-220 grams of grilled chicken breast, mixed salad greens, cucumber, tomato, 1½ avocado, sometimes a little amount of cheese in your diet. Mayonnaise if desired for flavor.
