It is certain that you will forget the taste of Golgappa as soon as you eat these pakodas dipped in the sweet and sour water of mango and tamarind. Make sure to note down this quick and delicious recipe.

Ingredients for making water pakodas:

  • Ingredients for Pakora: Gram flour one and a half cup, turmeric powder half spoon, salt as per taste, crushed red chilli, celery half spoon, baking soda, coriander leaves, green chilli, onion, oil for frying.

  • Ingredients for Chutney: Coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice, water as per requirement.

  • Ingredients for Chatpata Masala Water: Ice cubes, water as required, sweet chutney, tamarind pieces, raw chopped mango, one teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, black pepper powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder half teaspoon, chaat masala, asafoetida, salt, lemon pieces, coriander leaves, fine pieces of onion.

Method of making water pakodas

  • To make pakora batter, add gram flour, turmeric powder, salt, crushed red chilli powder, crushed celery and add water and mix to make a thick batter.

  • Keep the batter aside for 10 minutes. After this, add some baking powder, coriander leaves, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped onion and mix well. Now take them out in small shapes and fry them in hot oil.

  • Now, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, lemon juice in a mixer jar and blend everything by adding some water. Your green chutney is ready.

  • To make the spicy water, take out the chutney in a big bowl, add some ice cubes, water as per requirement, some sweet chutney, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, black salt, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, asafoetida, tamarind pieces, raw chopped mango and mix well.

  • Then add some salt, some lemon juice, half chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves. Mix it well and keep it covered.

  • Dip the fried pakodas in spicy water, serve delicious pani pakoda and enjoy. In this way, delicious pani pakoda like market can be prepared easily at home.
