Ingredients to make Veg Manchurian Soup:

Two tablespoons of cabbage, two tablespoons of beans, two tablespoons of carrots, two tablespoons of cheese pieces, two tablespoons of capsicum, two tablespoons of sweetcorn, two tablespoons of onion, two tablespoons of butter, salt to taste, one teaspoon of ground black pepper, finely chopped garlic and ginger, one green chilli, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, about one and a half cups of water, lemon juice, three teaspoons of tomato sauce, two teaspoons of chili sauce, three teaspoons of soya sauce, two teaspoons of Schezwan. chutney

How to make Manchurian Soup?

  • First of all, chop cabbage, beans, carrots, capsicum, sweetcorn and onion very finely.

  • Now after that add butter in a pan. When the butter melts, add finely chopped garlic-ginger and one green chilli.

  • When garlic and ginger are fried, add onion to it. Fry the onion until golden. After that add the remaining vegetables in it.

  • Fry the vegetables till cooked and now add some salt and black pepper and after some time add one and a half liter water and cook well.

  • Now add three spoons of tomato sauce, two spoons of chilli sauce, three spoons of soya sauce and two spoons of Schezwan chutney in a bowl and mix well.

  • Now pour this mixture into the pan and stir once again. Now add 2 tablespoons of corn flour in it and keep stirring continuously.

  • Let it cook for 2-3 boils. After the stipulated time, turn off the flame and add a few drops of lemon juice. Mix it and take out the soup in a serving bowl.
