Ragi Soup

Ingredients to make Ragi Soup:
Vegetables of your choice: chopped broccoli, mushrooms, pieces of cheese, capsicum, carrots, sweetcorn, chopped onion, two spoons of butter, salt as per taste, ground black pepper, half teaspoon cumin, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves, one piece of ginger, 2 tablespoons of ragi flour, about one and a half cup of water, lemon juice.
How to make Ragi Soup?

First of all, heat half a teaspoon of butter in a pan and add vegetables (chopped broccoli, capsicum, onion, carrot and sweetcorn).

Fry the vegetables till half cooked and now add some salt and black pepper and after some time take them out in a bowl.

Now, add another half teaspoon butter in the same pan. Now add teaspoon cumin, 2 finely chopped garlic cloves and ginger.

When the garlic turns golden, add 1 medium sized finely chopped onion. Now add some salt and pepper

Now add 2 tablespoons of ragi flour into it. Fry it on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Then add about 1.5 cups of water and keep stirring continuously.

Let it cook for 2-3 boils. Now add roasted vegetables and mix. Turn off the flame and add a few drops of lemon juice.
