Make this tasty dish quickly from stale bread

step 1 – First of all, break the bread left over from the night into small pieces.
Step 2 – After this, take a pan and add 2 spoons of oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds, finely chopped green chillies, finely chopped garlic, ginger and cumin seeds.
Step 3 – When it is lightly fried, add finely chopped onions to it. When the onion is lightly fried, add finely chopped tomatoes to it and then add salt.
Step 4 – Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cover and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 5 – When the tomatoes are cooked, add a cup of water to it and slow down the flame.
Step 6 – Now add curd to it and cook it for 2 minutes. Then add the bread broken into pieces. After this you can also add roasted peanuts to it. A delicious dish of stale bread is ready. Serve it hot.
