2 cups chana dal (soaked overnight), soaked chana dal, 5-6 green chillies, 2 inches ginger, half cup coriander (roughly chopped), salt as per taste, half teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon black pepper
Ingredients for dough: Water, salt as per taste, half tablespoon oil, oil, 2 cups semolina powder
How to make semolina pancakes?

To make semolina phares, soak 2 cups of chana dal overnight. Boil this chana dal in the morning. When it boils, take boiled chana dal, 5-6 green chillies, 2 inches ginger, half cup green coriander, half teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon black pepper in a mixer jar and grind it and take it out in a bowl.
