POCO M8 Series Phone Launch Timeline: Poco is going to launch its M8 5G series phones in India next month and tipster Paras Guglani has shared this information on Twitter. These devices will be the rebranded version of Redmi Note 15 series which will be launched on January 6, 2026. Poco’s M8 5G phone will have a storage option of up to 512GB with 8GB RAM. Poco plans to keep these phones priced higher than its competitors as other rivals do not offer such huge storage variants. However, Paras Guglani has not shared any information about the launch timing of M8 Pro 5G in his post.

Specifications of M8 5G

According to another leaker Sudhanshu Ambhore, the base model has a Snapdragon 6 Generation 3 processor and a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED screen with 2392 x 1080 pixels resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The camera system includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 20MP front camera. It has a 5520mAh battery with 45W charging support.

The design of this phone shows a dual-tone back display in which matte and vegan leather finish has been used. The square camera module in the middle houses two cameras and an LED flash. The size of the phone is 162.2 x 74.2 x 8.4 mm, weight is 190 grams and it is equipped with IP68 water resistance. It includes optical fingerprint sensor, hybrid microSD slot, Bluetooth 5.1, Wi-Fi 5 and IR blaster.

Features of M8 Pro 5G

The Pro model sports a Snapdragon 7s Generation 4 chip along with a 6.83-inch quad-curved AMOLED display with 2772 x 1280 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. The camera setup includes a 50MP OIS main camera with an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 32MP selfie camera. It will have a huge battery of 6500mAh with which 100W charging support will be available.
