Ingredients for Cranberry Pickle
Cranberries – 500 grams, Mustard oil – 1 cup, Fennel – 2 teaspoons, Fenugreek seeds – 1 teaspoon, Mustard seeds – 1 teaspoon, Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon, Red chili powder – as per taste, Salt – as per taste, Vinegar or lemon juice – 2 teaspoons, Asafoetida – a pinch
Method to make spicy cranberry pickle

first step: First of all, wash the cranberries thoroughly, turn on the gas and then boil them lightly, so that their bitterness reduces. Then filter the water and dry it.

second step: Mix fennel, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, turmeric, red chilli and salt in a bowl. If you like more spicy flavour, you can also chop green chillies and add them.

third step: Heat mustard oil well in a pan and let it cool. Now mix gooseberry, masala, asafoetida and oil well. Finally add vinegar or lemon juice.

Fourth step: Fill the pickle in a clean and dry glass jar and keep it in sunlight for 2-3 days. Keep in mind that there should not be any moisture in the jar before adding the pickle.

Fifth step: This pickle lasts comfortably for 3, 4 months.
