Ingredients for making Gobi Manchurian:

One cabbage, one cup flour, half cup corn flour, half spoon garlic-ginger paste, salt as per taste, oil for frying.

1 medium sized onion chopped, half cup chopped green onion, one finely chopped capsicum, one spoon soy sauce, half spoon chilli sauce, one spoon garlic-ginger paste, 4-5 finely chopped green chillies, two spoons tomato ketchup, salt as per taste, oil for frying.

How to Make Gobi Manchurian: How To Make Crunchy And Tasty Gobi Manchurian

  • First of all, put water and cabbage in a pan and boil it for 3-4 minutes on low flame. After this, remove the water and keep it aside.

  • Now add flour, corn flour, salt, garlic-ginger paste and water in a bowl and mix well to make a batter. Now add cabbage and mix.

  • Now put oil in a pan and heat it. After it becomes hot, add cabbage pieces and fry them lightly brown.

  • Now we will make the sauce in this pan. For this, put some oil in the pan and heat it. After it gets hot, add onion, garlic-ginger paste and fry it.

  • After this, add green chillies and capsicum and fry them. After this add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, soya sauce and salt and mix well.

  • After frying lightly, add cabbage and fry well for 2-3 minutes. Your Cabbage Manchurian is ready. Serve it hot garnished with green onion.
