It is also important to take care of some special things in winter. This helps in keeping the skin soft and supple. First of all, avoid bathing with very hot water. After bathing daily, apply aloe vera gel or any lotion on the skin. Drink 2-3 liters of water daily. Include juice and other liquids in your diet.
