Onion – 3, Garlic – 15-20 cloves, Coriander – 1 tbsp, Cumin – 2 tsp, Dry red chilli – 8-10, Curry leaves – 8-10, Oil – 4-5 tbsp, 2 tbsp, Tamarind, Salt – 1 tsp, Kashmiri chilli powder – 1 tsp, Water – half cup, Mustard – half tsp, Urad dal
How to make Onion Garlic Chutney?

First step: To make onion garlic chutney, first turn on the gas, place a pan on it and add oil. When the oil becomes hot, fry 15-20 cloves of garlic thoroughly in the oil. When the garlic turns golden, keep it in another vessel.

second step: Now, in the same pan temper the cumin seeds and Kashmiri red chilli. When it turns golden, add chopped onion to it. When the onion turns red, turn off the gas.

third step: Now add roasted garlic and onion in a mixer jar and grind well. Now take out the chutney in a bowl. Now take oil in a ladle and add mustard, half teaspoon, urad dal and curry leaves in it. When it starts sizzling, dip it in chutney. Finally add salt and tamarind chutney water to it.
