Guava and Tamarind Chutney

In India, different types of chutneys are eaten with great enthusiasm. Chutney can enhance the taste of food manifold. Today we will tell you about a very easy way to make spicy guava and tamarind chutney. The taste of this chutney is so amazing that it can become everyone’s favorite chutney, from children to adults. To make this chutney, neither will it take you much time nor will you need many fancy ingredients.

First step- To make guava and tamarind chutney, first take a big size guava. Keep in mind that guava should neither be too raw nor too ripe.

Second step- Wash the guava thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Now separate the tamarind seeds and threads and take out the tamarind pulp.

Third step- After this, wash the silbatta with water and then after drying it, pour some mustard oil on it.

Fourth step- You have to grind chopped guava and tamarind on a mortar and pestle. Now add a little mustard oil, black salt, white salt, a little red chili powder and a little sugar to this mixture.

Fifth step- Grind all these things. Keep in mind that you do not have to grind the guava and tamarind chutney very finely.

Sixth step- If you like spicy chutney, you can also add green chillies. Your spicy guava and tamarind chutney is ready to serve.

You can enjoy the taste of this chutney. This chutney can be served with roti, paratha or puri. All the nutrients present in guava and tamarind chutney can prove to be very beneficial for your health.
