Make sweet potato pudding without sugar in winters

Sweet potatoes- 2-3
Jaggery- as per taste
Ghee- half cup
Cardamom- 1 tsp
Cashews – 2 tbsp finely chopped
Almonds- 2 tbsp finely chopped
Milk- half cup
method of making
step 1
To make sweet potato pudding, first wash the sweet potatoes. Then boil it. After this, cool the sweet potato and remove its peel.
Step 2
Now mash it well. After this, heat a pan and add one spoon of ghee in it. When the ghee becomes hot, add chopped cashews and almonds and fry till they become light golden. When it turns light golden, take it out in a plate.
Step 3
Now add some more ghee in the same pan and then add mashed sweet potatoes into it. Then cook it while stirring. Add milk to it and cook it until it thickens.
Step 4
When the mixture becomes thick, add cardamom powder and grated jaggery to it. Cook it well and add cashews and almonds to it and mix well. Now serve it to the guests.
