Semolina Cheela Recipe

Semolina Cheela Recipe
First step- To make semolina cheela, take 1 cup semolina in a bowl and add half cup curd. Now add half a cup of water, mix and prepare a batter. Keep the semolina and curd aside for 20 minutes to swell.
Second step- You can also add just onion, green chilli and green coriander to cheela. Semolina cheela tastes much tastier than just onion. In winter, you can add finely chopped any vegetable of your choice to semolina cheela. Add finely chopped coriander and green chillies to the cheela batter. Add half teaspoon ginger garlic paste. Mix half a teaspoon of turmeric, a little crushed red chilli and half a teaspoon of garam masala. Mix all the ingredients well with the semolina and curd batter. If the batter seems thick, add some water and salt as per taste.
third Step- Now spread the batter in the dosa pan or any non-stick pan when it is hot. Apply light butter or ghee and bake it like cheela. When the cheela is cooked in one way, turn it over. Bake the cheela until it turns brown on both sides. Prepare all the cheela in the same manner. Serve this cheela made of semolina and curd with green chutney or sauce.
