One spoon mustard oil, 8 to 9 garlic cloves, two chopped green chillies, half cup peanuts, handful of coriander leaves, salt as per taste.
How to make Paneer Thecha?

First step: First of all, cut the cheese into small pieces and keep it in a bowl. Now after that, add green chillies and garlic in a pan and fry them. Now add peanuts, cumin seeds and fry well, till the aroma comes. Then add green coriander, salt, mix well and turn off the flame.

Second step: Now grind these ingredients coarsely in a food processor or mash them well. Now wrap this mixture well on all the pieces of cheese.

third step: Now turn on the gas and place a pan on it and grease it well with oil. Now add paneer pieces on it and fry well from both the sides. Fry until they become golden on both sides. Take out the fried paneer in a plate and pour lemon juice on it and eat it hot.
