The best thing is that to make this chaat you neither need to burn gas nor apply tadka with oil. So, let us know how to make watermelon scoop chaat recipe?

Ingredients for making Watermelon Chaat:

One watermelon, half cup boiled moong sprouts, half cup pomegranate, a little grated ginger, one finely chopped green chilli, green coriander leaves, one spoon roasted cumin powder, one spoon chaat masala, half spoon black salt, half spoon black pepper, one finely chopped onion, half cup curd, mint chutney, tamarind chutney.

How to make watermelon chaat?

  • First step: To make watermelon chaat, first of all take a watermelon. Cut it in half and then scoop it out (after cutting the watermelon in half, take out a scoop of watermelon from it). Leave the seeds of the watermelon in it. Many nutrients are found in them which are beneficial for the skin. Take out the pulp of watermelon and shape it into a bowl.

  • second step: Now, take a big bowl and add half a cup of boiled moong sprouts, half a cup of pomegranate, a little grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, green coriander leaves, one spoon of roasted cumin powder, one spoon of chaat masala, half a spoon of black pepper, finely chopped onion and salt as per taste and mix them well. Your chaat mixture is ready.

  • third step: Now, add the chaat mixture to the watermelon scoop. After this mixture, add curd, mint chutney and tamarind chutney on top. Your spicy watermelon scoop chaat is ready. Serve it immediately in front of the guests.
