Aloo Palak Paratha Recipe

Parathas are in demand in most of the houses on Sunday. In such a situation, parathas of potato, cheese and onion are made in almost every house. Ingredients for making Aloo Palak Paratha

  • Flour- 2 cups
  • Finely chopped spinach – 1 cup
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Potato- 2-3
  • Green chilli- 1-2
  • Garlic- 1 teaspoon finely chopped
  • Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp finely chopped
  • Ginger- 1 teaspoon grated
  • Red chilli powder – half teaspoon
  • Coriander powder- half teaspoon
  • Dry mango powder- half teaspoon
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Celery- 1 teaspoon
  • Oil or ghee- as per need
  • Water- as per need

How to make Aloo Palak Paratha

Step 1- First of all, take flour in a vessel. Then add some salt and ghee in it. Now add water little by little and knead the dough. After kneading the dough, cover it and leave it for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 2- Now mash the boiled potatoes in another vessel. Then add finely chopped green chillies, ginger, garlic, red chilli powder, coriander powder, dry mango powder and salt. Then add finely chopped spinach to it and mix well. If you want, you can also add celery.

Step 3- After this, make small balls of the dough and roll them. Then fill the prepared potato spinach stuffing in it and roll it gently so that it does not tear.

Step 4- Then heat the pan and put the paratha on it. After this, apply ghee or oil and fry from both the sides. When the paratha is cooked well, serve it with raita.
