If you also like to taste different types of dishes, then you should definitely try this recipe of Pahadi Aloo Gutka. For your information, let us tell you that to make this dish, you will neither need many fancy ingredients nor will it take much time. To make Pahari Potato Gutka, you will need 4-5 potatoes, half inch piece of ginger, 2 green chillies, one spoon coriander seeds, one spoon red chilli powder, half spoon garam masala, water, one spoon mustard oil, one spoon mustard seeds, half spoon cumin, half spoon asafoetida and green coriander.

Hill Potato Gutkas- Drain the water in the cooker. Now wash the potatoes thoroughly and put them in this cooker and boil the potatoes for 4 to 5 whistles. When the pressure of the cooker is released, then you can peel all the potatoes. After this, cut the potatoes into small pieces. Now you have to take out ginger, green chillies, green coriander and coriander seeds in the mixer and then grind all these things well.

Follow this procedure- Add red chilli powder, garam masala, a little water in the mixer and grind everything again. Now you have to put mustard oil in the pan and heat it. Now slow down the flame and add mustard, cumin and asafoetida to the hot oil. Add the spice mixture and salt in the pan and fry this mixture for a few seconds. Finally you have to add chopped potatoes to this mixture.

Serve hot- You can use finely chopped green coriander to garnish Pahari Potato Gutka. Keep in mind that green coriander should be fresh. After mixing all the things well, you can enjoy hot Pahari Aloo Gutka. Believe me, everyone from children to adults will like the taste of this dish.
