Masala Peanuts

Ingredients for making Masala Peanuts
Peanuts – 500 grams, Gram flour – 250 grams, Corn flour – 1/4 cup, Cumin – 1 teaspoon, Black pepper – 10-12, Cinnamon – 1 inch, Dry ginger – 1 inch, Nutmeg – a pinch, Cloves – 10-12, Nutmeg – 1 piece, Black cardamom – 1, Asafoetida – 1/4 teaspoon, Chaat masala – 1 small spoon, baking soda- 1/4 tsp, red chilli powder- 2-3 tsp, black salt- 1 tsp, salt- as per taste, oil- for frying
How to make masala peanuts?

To make masala peanuts, first take 500 grams of peanuts and wash it thoroughly and then filter it and keep it in a separate vessel.

Now, in a large vessel, add 250 grams of gram flour, half cup of corn flour, half teaspoon of red chili powder, salt as per taste and baking soda and mix well.

Now add soaked peanuts in gram flour and sprinkle light water and mix well with a spoon. Keep in mind that the coating should not be too wet or too dry. After coating, leave it to set for 15 minutes.

Now prepare peanut masala. Take black pepper, cinnamon, dry ginger, cloves, nutmeg, black cardamom, asafoetida, chaat masala, red chili powder in a vessel and put it in a mixer jar and grind it coarsely.

Now turn on the gas, place a pan and add oil. When the oil becomes hot, add peanuts in it. All the peanuts will fall apart while frying. When the peanuts are fried, take them out in a vessel and pour the prepared masala over it and mix well. Your Garam Garam Masala Peanuts is ready.
