Mini Cheese Uttapam Easy Recipe

step 1- To make Mini Cheese Uttapam, take half a cup of semolina or rava in a bowl. Then add two spoons of curd in it and then add 1/4 cup of water and mix well.

Step 2- Leave it to ferment for 10 minutes. If you want, you can keep it soaked for half an hour also. Because the more the semolina swells, the better the uttapam will be. While the semolina is fermenting, chop vegetables like onion, tomato, capsicum.

Step 3- Now add 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp eno. After adding eno, add some water to it and mix it well.

Step 4- Now apply oil or ghee on a pan and then spread it well. Now pour the prepared batter little by little on the pan. Now put chopped vegetables on it. Now put some cheese on it. Keep in mind that the base of uttapam gets cooked for half a minute and then add the cheese.

Step 5- Immediately after adding the cheese, turn it and cook for 2 minutes. Mini cheese uttapam is ready. Put it in children’s tiffin and serve it with sauce.
