Some people like to eat hot chillies to enhance the taste of food, while some people serve different types of spicy chutneys with food. If you are also fond of spicy food, then you should definitely try this recipe of garlic chutney at least once. Let us tell you that to make garlic chutney, you will need 30-40 grams of dry red chilli, 70-80 grams of garlic cloves, half cup of mustard oil, one big spoon of cumin, salt and 2 teaspoons of mango powder.

First step- Soak dry red chillies in water for about 3-4 hours. If time is less then you can use hot water.

Second step- After the chillies become soft you have to throw away the water. Put soaked red chillies and garlic cloves in the mixer and grind them coarsely.

Third step- Now you have to heat mustard oil in a pan and add cumin seeds to it. When cumin seeds become golden, then add red chilli and thick garlic paste to it.

Fourth step- You have to cook this chutney on low flame. When the chutney starts releasing oil, then you have to mix salt and dry mango powder in it.

Fifth step- Now turn off the gas and let the garlic chutney cool down.

Garlic chutney is ready to serve. You can serve this chutney with roti, paratha, rice or even vegetables. You can increase the taste of food manifold by serving this chutney. For your information, let us tell you that airtight containers can be used to store garlic chutney.
