Sweet Potato Chaat Recipe

In winter, there are many fruits and vegetables which when eaten give full strength to the body. Green vegetables and colorful vegetables start appearing in winter. Including these in the diet increases immunity and keeps diseases away from the body. Sweet potatoes must be eaten in this season. Sweet potato is called the power house of antioxidants. Eating this brings glow on the skin. So without any delay, immediately note down the recipe for making delicious sweet potato chaat.

Sweet Potato Chaat Recipe

First step- To make sweet potato chaat, wash sweet potatoes thoroughly and boil them in water. Sweet potatoes have to be boiled like potatoes. These can be easily boiled in the cooker.

Second step- Now to make chaat, cut 1 onion into thin pieces. Now cut 1 tomato thinly and lengthwise. Finely chop 2 green chillies. Lightly roast coriander and cumin seeds in a pan.

Third step- In a bowl, cut the boiled sweet potatoes into round and thin pieces without peeling them. Now add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chilli to it. Add the complete powder prepared by grinding cumin and coriander on top.

Fourth step- Add half teaspoon chaat masala and salt to taste. Sprinkle finely chopped green coriander and squeeze the juice of half a lemon on top. Add some red chilli powder and tamarind chutney to it. Mix everything well.

Fifth step- Delicious sweet potato chaat is ready. You can make it for breakfast or eat it in the evening when you feel hungry. If you want to have a light dinner then you can also eat sweet potatoes in dinner. This will also help in weight loss.

Sweet potato is rich in fiber. Eating this keeps the stomach clean. Weight is reduced. The body gets strength. It is a storehouse of Vitamin A. Antioxidants are found in abundance in sweet potatoes. Eating this keeps blood sugar under control.
