In the morning, most of the people opt for such breakfast which is tasty as well as healthy. If you also want to have a delicious but healthy breakfast, then you can add spicy chaat of gram and moong to your diet. The combination of gram and moong is considered very beneficial for health. Consuming them together will provide both protein and fiber to the body. So let us know how to make spicy chaat recipe of boiled gram and moong?

Ingredients for Boiled Gram and Moong Chaat

1 cup mixed sprouts (moong, gram), 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 cucumber – finely chopped, half cup boiled sweet corn, half cup pomegranate, half teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, salt, Kashmiri red chili powder, juice of 1 lemon, green coriander, Bhujia Sev for garnishing

How to make boiled gram and moong chaat?

  • First step: To make chaat of gram and moong i.e. sprouts chaat, first soak 1 cup mixed sprouts overnight and boil gram and moong well in the morning. When both of them boil, take them out in a big bowl. Make sure the water is drained thoroughly.

  • Second step: Now, in the next step, add finely chopped onion, tomato and cucumber to the boiled gram and moong. After that add half cup boiled sweet corn and half cup pomegranate and mix well.

  • third step: Now, add half teaspoon roasted cumin powder, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, salt as per taste, half teaspoon Kashmiri red chilli powder, lemon juice and green coriander and mix well. Now, finally add sev bhujia on top to garnish.
