Ingredients for making Malpua

250 grams mawa, 150 grams flour, 2 tablespoons semolina, 100 grams sugar, 4 teaspoons desi ghee.

How to make Malpua?

  • First step: To make Malpua, first take 250 grams of mawa and 150 grams of flour. Now add 2 tablespoons of semolina and mix well.

  • Second step: Now add half a glass of water to this mixed mixture and grind it well. You can also use half a cup of milk instead of water for grinding. Grind it and make a very smooth paste.

  • third step: Take out this mission in a big ball. Now mix fennel, pistachios and cardamom in it and keep it covered for 15 minutes.

  • Fourth step: Now, let us prepare the syrup of one string. To make syrup, take half a liter of water in a pan and keep it on high flame.

  • fifth stepTo make the syrup tasty, mix 100 grams of sugar, saffron and cardamom. When the syrup thickens, turn off the gas.

  • Sixth step: Now, we will mix the Malpua paste well once again. Now turn on the gas and add ghee into it.

  • seventh step: Now, take a ladleful of the mixture and add it to the hot ghee. Now cook Malpua on low flame from both the sides.

  • Eighth Step: When Malpua becomes light golden, remove it from the pan. Now dip it in syrup and take it out on a plate. Your hot Malpua is ready for serving.
