Paneer Pancake Recipe

Ingredients for Paneer Pancakes

  • One cup grated cheese
  • 3 spoons- rice flour
  • One cup gram flour
  • Capsicum, onion, carrot and cabbage finely chopped
  • Green chilli and coriander finely chopped
  • Sweet Corn Mashed
  • salt, black pepper powder, coriander powder
  • oil for frying

Paneer Pancake Recipe

First step- To prepare Paneer Pancake, put all the finely chopped vegetables in a bowl. Add coarsely ground corn into it. Now add grated cheese. Mix gram flour and rice flour in it.

Second step- Add black pepper powder, salt, coriander powder and chaat masala to the spices. Now add little water to it and prepare it like a batter. Keep in mind that the batter should be thick. So that the pancake gets the right shape.

Third step- Heat a pan and grease it with oil. Spread the batter on the pan and make it just as big as the pancake. With the help of a spoon, give the pancake a round shape. Cook the pancakes on both sides on low flame. You can make them lightly crispy.

Fourth step- Paneer pancakes are ready. You serve them with tomato sauce or chutney. Pancakes can also be given to children in school tiffin. The healthy dish will be ready in just 15 minutes.

Fifth step-If the pancake batter becomes thin, you can add some more gram flour to it. If you want, you can grate a boiled potato and mix it in.
