Ingredients of Cheese Garlic Rusk

4 rusks, 4 spoons butter, 10 to 12 garlic cloves, finely chopped coriander leaves, salt as per taste, one spoon oregano, one spoon chilli flakes, 4 spoons cheese.

How to make Cheese Garlic Rusks?

  • First step: To make Cheese Garlic Rusk, first take four spoons of butter and four spoons of cheese in a bowl. Keep in mind that butter should be melted. Mix butter and cheese together well.

  • second step: Take 10 to 12 garlic cloves and fry them well. When they are roasted, mash them well. The garlic should become very fine. After crushing, add them to the bowl of butter and cheese.

  • third step: Now, add one spoon of oregano, one spoon of chilli flakes, finely chopped coriander leaves and salt as per taste in the bowl of butter and cheese. Keep in mind that butter contains salt, so add less amount of salt.

  • fourth step: Now, mix all these ingredients well with butter and cheese. Now, take four rusks and with the help of a spoon, take out the mixture from the pot and apply it well on all the four rusks.

  • Fifth step: Finally, turn on the gas and place a pan on it and when the pan becomes hot, add a spoon of butter on it. Now place all four rusks on the pan and cover with a plate. The gas flame should be slow. When the cheese starts melting, turn off the gas. Hot Cheese Garlic Rusk is ready and serve it.
