Health experts often recommend drinking jaggery tea during the changing seasons. But sometimes jaggery tea bursts before it is ready. If you also find making jaggery tea challenging, then you should definitely try this very easy recipe. To make nutrient-rich jaggery tea for 2 people, you will need one cup of water, one cup of milk, 2 spoons of tea leaves, one inch piece of ginger, 4 spoons of jaggery and 2 green cardamoms.

Make jaggery tea

First of all, pour milk in a pan and let it heat. When the milk starts boiling, you can turn off the gas. After the milk is heated, add one cup of water in another pan and then boil it on medium flame. You have to mix ginger, green cardamom and jaggery well in hot water. You have to cook this mixture till the jaggery melts.

The method is very easy

After the jaggery melts, you can add tea leaves to this mixture. Cook this tea on low flame. Finally you have to add boiled milk to this mixture. Now cook the tea on medium flame until it boils once and then turn off the gas. Hot jaggery tea is ready to serve.
