First of all, turn on the gas and place a deep vessel, now add a cup of water in it. Now add 2 tablespoons ghee and salt in water and boil the water. When the water boils, add rice flour and then turn off the gas and keep it covered for 5 minutes. The water will be absorbed well into the flour. After 5 minutes, apply a little ghee on your hands and prepare the dough by kneading it. If necessary, add 2-3 spoons of water.

Soak gram dal and urad dal in a vessel and keep it for 5 to 6 hours. After the stipulated time, grind chana dal and urad dal coarsely in the mixer. Add finely chopped chillies, ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and green coriander and mix well. The stuffing of the farra is ready.

Now make small balls and roll each ball like small puris. Fill the stuffing in the middle and fold it in half. Like Gujhiya, it does not have to be closed completely, just pressed.
-
Now place all the fried balls in the steamer and steam them. When they are cooked well, remove them from the gas. Your cakes are ready to serve. If you want, after offering the food, you can also fry these furs and eat them.
