Ingredients for chia seeds kheer:

Soaked in getting 2 tablespoons chia seeds, half a liter of milk, half cup cashew almonds, pistachio raisins, half cup makhana, half cup sugar, saffron fiber

How to make chia seeds pudding?

  • To make chia seeds kheer, first soak two tablespoons of chia shades in a glass water.

  • Now the next morning, first roast the dry fruits and makhana in a spoon of ghee. And keep it out in another battle. Now add saffron to the small batarn and add two spoons of milk to it.

  • Now heat the milk well in a large pan. When the milk starts to heat up, add saffron milk to it and heat it well for some time.

  • When the milk becomes slightly cold, add milk and roasted makhana, half cup sugar and dryfruits in the grinder jar (if you do not want to add sugar, you can use dates or figs instead) now grind them finely.

  • Now remove the milk milk in a large bowl. Now add soaked chia seeds out of the water in this bowl and mix well.

  • Garnish them with rose petals and some dry fruits from above. Your chia seeds are ready as kheer. Serve it.
