First step: To make a pumpkin soup, first of all, put a spoonful of butter in a deep non-stick pan. When the butter melts, add finely chopped onion and fry the onion on a medium flame till it turns golden.

Second step: When the onion becomes golden, add pumpkin pieces to it in the next step and cook on a medium flame for 3 minutes. Now add 3 cups of hot water, salt and mix well.

Third step: Now cover it with a lid and cook on a medium flame for 10 minutes. When the pumpkin is cooked well, remove it from the gas and keep it aside to cool completely.

Fourth step: When cooled, add it to the mixer and grind it till it becomes smooth. Put the mixture back into the same deep non-stick pan, add parsley and black pepper powder to it and mix well. Now cook on medium heat while stirring for 1 minute or till it comes to a boil. Serve immediately.
