Material
- Bread slices: approximately 6 to 8 slices (edge sliced)
- Milk: Light hot, for soaking (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup)
- Khoya / Mawa: 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Finely chopped fruits: a little
- Ghee or oil: to fry
- For sugar syrup
- Chinese: 1 cup
- Water: 1/2 cup
- Cardamom Powder: 1/4 teaspoon
- Saffron threads
Way to make
1. Prepare stuffing
Put khoya/mawa in a pan and fry till it becomes light pink. Mix finely chopped dry fruits and cardamom powder in roasted mawa and mix well. This is your sand stuffing.
2. Prepare Symptation System
Heat sugar and water in a vessel. After the sugar dissolves, boil it for 5-7 minutes. You do not have to make a thick sugar syrup of two wire, but the syrup should be sticky. If you want a crispy sand, then keep the syrup thin. Add saffron thread and some cardamom powder and mix. Keep the syrup lightly hot.
3. Give the shape of sand
Cut and remove the edge of the bread slices. Extract one bread slices in light warm milk and remove it immediately. Do not keep the bread in milk for a long time, otherwise it will be very wet. Put the bread on the palm and press it lightly so that the milk comes out. Fill the stuffing of lost in the middle of the bread. Give the shape of sand shape by folding the bread carefully or by mixing the edge. Press it well so that the stuffing does not come out while frying. If you want, make a pit by pressing a slightly pressing with the thumb in the middle of every sand.
4. Fry and put in sugar syrup
Heat ghee or oil in a pan. Keep in mind, ghee should not be too hot, but should be light hot. Fry the prepared balushihi on low flame slowly until it becomes golden. Frying on low flame will make the sandstrual crisp and crispy. When the sand is golden and crispy, take it out of the hot ghee/oil and put it in a light hot syrup. Keep the babyashi in the syrup for about 3-4 minutes. Flip it once in the middle. After some time, serve the sand from the syrup and serve.
