Apple reacted in this matter and said that the marks seen on the iPhone screen are not scratched. These marks are placed on the screen during the material transfer from the Magsafe Stand used in the Apple Store. These marks can be easily cleaned and removed. The company has also confirmed that such marks were also seen in many old iPhones, which were due to the Magsef Stand.
The company claims that the new iPhone 17 Pro Series and iPhone Air have been passed through several bends and scratch tests, of which their performance has been commendable. The new iPhone 17 series screen has a ceramic shield 2, which is completely scratched resistant. At the same time, this shield has also been used in Ultra Thin iPhone Air. In such a situation, users can use these iPhones without scratch tension in daily use.
Many YouTubers also claimed that such scratches were seen in the demo units in the Apple Store. However, YouTuber, named Jerryrigeverything, has claimed to have seen scratches in the surrounding edges of the camera bump of iPhone 17 Pro and Air Models.
