Hungry, moong and dry fruits soaked in breakfast

First step- You have to prepare this breakfast at night. First, soak 1 handful of black gram, half a handful of whole moong, half a handful of peanuts, a little fenugreek seeds in water overnight. Now soak 6-7 almonds, 2-3 walnuts in another bowl. Soak raisins in a bowl. Leave all things soaked overnight.

Second step- In the morning, wash gram, moong, peanuts and fenugreek with water 1-2 times. Now wash almonds and walnuts as well. Remove the whole water. Now add raisins extracted from water to it. Drink raisins water like this. Now add 2 dates to it and add some barriers. If you want, you can also add fruits.

Third step- Put it in a tiffin and eat it during breakfast in the morning. This breakfast filled with gram, moong and dry fruits will fill your stomach. By eating this, the body will get energy. Being rich in protein and fiber, it will not cause hunger for a long time. You will also get all the necessary vitamins and minerals.
