Jaggery and peanut laddus recipe

Tasty laddus are prepared from jaggery and peanuts. For this, dry the peanuts dry and when it cools down, remove the whole peel by rubbing it by hand. Now put 1 spoon desi ghee in a pan and break the jaggery into small pieces. Cook the jaggery on the medium flame and cook until melting. Now add roasted peanuts in jaggery and mix. Sesame laddus are made like peanuts. For this, take white sesame and fry them lightly in a pan. The sesame is to be dry and then take it out. In this pan, add broken jaggery into fine pieces and add 1 teaspoon of ghee and cook till it melt. Now add sesame seeds to the jaggery and make laddus when it cools down. Take mixed seeds like flaxseed, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds. Grind coarsely in a grinder by roasting everyone lightly. Heat jaggery in a pan and let it melt.
