Use fenugreek in these ways:

  • Fenugreek Hair Mask for Russian: Take 3 tablespoons of fenugreek seeds and soak them in water overnight. The next morning, grind these seeds in a grinder and make a paste. Add 1 tbsp of freshly squeezed lemon juice and apply this mixture on the scalp and hair end. Leave it for 30 minutes and then wash it with sulfate-free, natural shampoo.

  • Fenugree Hair Serum: You can use this easily made hair serum daily before sleeping for your beauty sleep. Rich in protein and nutrients, which increase blood circulation in the scalp, fenugreek also strengthens hair pores and prevents hair loss, thinning and hair growing. Just a glass of fenugreek is soaked in water. Keep it overnight and filter the water. Fill it in a spray bottle and use it daily before sleeping at night.

  • Fenugreek for moisturizing: Take some fenugreek seeds and grind them and make powder. Heat 2 tablespoons organic olive oil and add 4 tablespoons of fenugreek powder to it. Apply this paste on your scalp with your hands and leave for 30 minutes. Wash it and see the magical effect.

  • Fenugreek for long hair: Soak 3 tablespoons fenugreek seeds in a vessel overnight and filter water the next morning. After shampoo and conditioning the hair, wash the last time with this water. Do this daily, this will make your hair soft and shiny. Maintain continuity in your process; Only then will you see the result.
